Operation Gratitude recognizes the commitment and dedication of Caregivers from all eras to their wounded, ill, and injured Service Members. Together with our partners, Operation Gratitude has created a customized care package to send to every Wounded Hero & Caregiver saying THANK YOU for your service to our nation. Each package is filled with items from our corporate sponsors as well as handmade scarves & hats knitted & crocheted by grateful Americans and handwritten notes of appreciation and support from countless volunteers across the country.
