Military OneSource is a call center and website that provides confidential non-medical counseling, financial counseling, tax preparation and filing services, information and assistance as well as specialty consultations for adoption, adult disability care, education, elder care, health and wellness coaching, peer-to-peer, special needs, wounded warrior, and spouse relocation and transition.
Military OneSource counselors provide non-medical counseling services face-to-face, telephonically, via secure online chat and live video sessions. The Department of Defense provides confidential, short-term non-medical counseling to servicemembers, their families and survivors for up to 12 sessions per person, per issue a no cost. Non-medical counseling helps to prevent the development or exacerbation of lifestyle conditions that may compromise military and family readiness.
