USAA supports Hidden Heroes by offering free financial advice for military caregivers.
Military caregivers often cite financial issues as one of the toughest hurdles they face. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation, USAA, Military Officers Association of America, and the PsychArmor Institute have teamed up to provide free advice to help relieve our nation’s Hidden Heroes of the burden of facing financial challenges alone. If you’re a military caregiver, you can get advice about managing your budget, getting out of debt, estate planning, choosing insurance, understanding credit scores and investing strategies.
Military caregivers can either call MOAA at 888-503-1168 from 12PM to 6PM EST on normal business days. The MOAA representatives will inquire about your financial situation and collect some basic information that will be used for tracking and follow-up. MOAA does not provide financial advice; however, based on the information collected, your representative will transfer you to USAA financial advisors if appropriate.
