Share The Care's mission is to improve the quality of anyone who needs support and to reduce the stress, depression, isolation and economic hardship of their caregivers.
We teach and promote a grassroots evidence-informed caregiving model, born out of real life experiences, that has been guiding people for over 20 years. Share The Care (STC) provides concerned friends, neighbors, co-workers and acquaintances with a unique step-by-step roadmap for creating and maintaining a caregiving family to support someone they know facing health, aging, medical issue or any circumstance where support is needed. Our focus is education presentations, workshops and an accredited* full-day training for health professionals/chaplains. (*NorthEast Multi-State Division of RN Continuing Education Unit.) Our website offers resources, excerpts from STC, links to purchase the book, STC group stories, photos, videos and advice. All 23 STC forms can be downloaded from our website for FREE. We provide email and telephone support to all.
