R4 Alliance is not only comprised of member organizations that are dedicated to supporting caregivers and all members of Our Military Family, but we are working to integrate an entire Coordinated Care Network (CCN).
With a CCN, service providers are connected, making it easier to provide wrap-around services to their community. One HIPAA compliant database filled with resources to assist the veteran and care giver to get connected with multiple services in one place without continually re-submitting information for every provider. It could be life changing for a caregiver to search specific services or research programs with less stress and time so they can focus on what matters – the one they are caring for.
