The needs of veterans & military families are evolving, not disappearing. With more than 70 years of expertise & experience, award-winning Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut is committed to working with veterans & their families to secure employment in order to achieve self-sufficiency and independence.
We employ a holistic approach to addressing the needs of caregivers. Easterseals uses innovative strategies & its expertise coupled with a supportive 1:1 customized model tailored specifically to the family’s needs. Support & resources for military include free caregiving webinars, military caregiver training, & respite care. Additionally, there is an on-site professional clothing resource room & food pantry when needed.
