A little bit about us… we are the Elizabeth Dole Foundation – the preeminent national nonprofit dedicated to serving military and veteran caregivers like YOU.

As a caregiver moving from Operation Homefront to our program, we’re excited to invite you to join our family and provide you with exclusive access to a wide array of services through our Hidden Heroes program. In collaboration with Operation Homefront, our goal is to make the transition to our program as smooth as possible.
